I seem to remember your Mrs does signs. I need a tailgate decal for my
Golf - goes round the outside of the window on 3 sides, and it's made of
some sort of textured black vinyl. 3 piece ones are knocking about but the
original is 1 piece. Any idea if she'd be able to knock one ...

Focus TDCi - gooooood.  Expensive.
Astra DTi - nearly as good.  Two thirds the price.

FW: Pug 207 GTi29 Nov 2005 14:31 GMT28
Just got the below on the Auto Express mailout.  One thing I don't get -
wasn't the 206 GTi the natural successor to the 205 GTi?  Surely even if
some of the lesser models weren't *that* good, I thought the 206GTI-180 was
supposed to be ok?  No?  Or just more marketing bollocks ...

Arse. I was in the GY at the weekend and forgot to pick up the tyres.
Have you burned them for fuel yet? I'll unfortunately have to go back
there again next weekend. I hate that place. Will you be around for me
to collect them?

I may just blacklist Ebay.29 Nov 2005 09:23 GMT22
I thought Wadddafug, if we are going to get mental snow this year, I
might look for something fun and cheap and RWD like a Chevette or Viva.
So I browsed to the home of un-needed shite, tapped in "Vauxhall Viva".
The results came back with plenty to look at, but then had the cheek ...
Anyone at the Lombard Revival?28 Nov 2005 22:14 GMT2
Looks like good stuff - just seen a bit about it on the news.  Although
they're only 1400cc standardish cars.  Nice to see them using all the old
stages again though.
I need an idea28 Nov 2005 21:27 GMT47
Back in 2003 I organised a charity drive from John O'Groats to Lands End to
raise money for the NSPCC.  We stickered four Kas up with company logos to
raise money, have a look here: www.dervman.com/jogle.htm is the link I
think...  We raised over £3,000.

I swapped the front brake pads on the TI at the weekend with an all
time record low of swearing, grunting and skinned knuckles.
The results as follows:
Skinned knuckles - zero
Chipping a smart city cabrio28 Nov 2005 16:36 GMT1
Anybody know where I can find out about getting a superchip for a 599cc
smart city pulse cabrio?  Also what power can I expect and will it
reduce the gear change times?
