A few months ago I posted on here about my friend's Lancia Thema, which

bad news on the BMW, i took my BMW to BMW in chelmsford and they've had the
car since monday. now i call them today and ask nicely about when i can pick
the car up and they tell me that the dealer said they're not paying the
