Exhaust mod10 Sep 2006 01:28 GMT1
Well, my exhaust has been clattering against the underside very loudly
when going over bumps for the last few days, had a look yesterday and
it seems that the hooky hanger metal bits that are welded onto the
side of the back box have come off.  Because my car is French, the

vergunde .357 boven en schiet op de overvaller. De overvaller, gewond, wordt
afgevoerd naar een ziekenhuis en zal zich moeten ...

Thought I'd pop me head in again to have a looksee what's going on in
the world of URCM and find that the lunatics are running the asylum.
I remember the days when this group was inhabited by generally
friendly, like-minded blokes (I use the word advisedly, I don't think a

Terrorism?08 Sep 2006 22:18 GMT67
I think the recent spate of arrests of terrorist suspects, and the fact that
few if any of these people are likely to be charged with anything, is almost
certainly something that has been orchestrated by real terror networks, who
up to now seem to have proved they are always 2 or ...
Ok, I'll have about £500 to spend.08 Sep 2006 14:56 GMT1
On a car.
Now, as I'm only spending £1000 on my next car that means - by the comments
from the people who've been to see my Rangies - that I should be able to get
a perfect condition, mot'd and taxed, mechanically perfect 80k miles example

1993 Polo Engine Swap - Paging the poloisti and anyone else who likes this sort of thing07 Sep 2006 11:50 GMT17
There's a 1993 1.not-very-much litre Polo coupe outside my house at the
moment.
It has stuff wrong with the engine that I really can't be bothered
trying to fix.
Justice?07 Sep 2006 10:46 GMT28
One wonders whether or not the fact that crude police fit-ups seem so common
nowadays (and in many cases succeed), is reflective of a society where
corruption and dirty dealing are the norm rather than the exception, and the
outcome of high profile trials are often determined by ...

British sports car maker, last week.
Chipping a MK4 Golf GTi 1.8T06 Sep 2006 17:13 GMT28
I recently bought a Golf GTi 1.8T and am loving every minute of it.
However, it could clearly do with a little more power.  I've seen lots
of websites offering tweaks that will boost the BHP from the standard
150 to 180, 195, 210 and beyond.  It all sounds tempting, but I've got

New car...05 Sep 2006 15:45 GMT8
Seem to have accidentally bought another BX 16v (well I'm going halves with
a guy from the 16v Forum).  No tax or MoT but it was cheap at £100.  Either
gonna do it up and sell it, or break it for spares and sell the stuff we
dont want on.  Engines are sought after by the 205 guys ...
