mi 16 gearbox ratios16 Oct 2006 22:44 GMT2
Does anybody know the exact ratios - 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and final
drive - in the BE3 gearboxes of the mi 16 engined Peugeots or Citroens?
I am wanting to create a set of ratios similar to the PTS kits for
considerably less money.  Or how can I get a long first gear ratio ie.
Arse. Expensive week.16 Oct 2006 22:15 GMT7
Start of the week, the wife noticed that there was a rattle coming from
her 156. Quickly checked it over, found the 'brick' inside the cat. had
come loose. So, that was 90 quid for a cat. and 20 quid to have my local
tyre and exhaust place fit it for me.

And I'm feeling tired, oddly enough. ;)
So, seven states between two cars (some in the family Toyota Prius, some in
a rented Chevrolet Impala) and something like 2,000 miles.
I've discovered how rudimentary the Prius' traction control is.  Go.  Stop.

SPi to carb MINI conversion13 Oct 2006 15:58 GMT274
Hi has anyone sucessfully converted an unleaded 1275 A series Mini back to
carburettor and electronic dizzy. I have just done this and can't get power
at high revs, it runs out of steam at about 70mph (80 downhill) and is
rubbish at overtaking.
