Took the Zafira in for servicing this morning. I just got a call from them saying that since the car is two years old there are a couple of 'advisory changes', namely the brake fluid and the coolant. £25 for the brake fluid, £35 for the coolant!!!

I had a 56 plate Corsa 1.2 SXi while the Zafira was being serviced... My God what a piece of crap. It needed to be thrashed to go anywhere except in first, which was so short it was ridiculous. Handling was what you'd expect for that kind of car.

The Saab doesn't like winter diesel... I've seen the difference between summer and winter diesel in the past but in the 9-3, yeah you lose a little mpg, but it soots. Lots. Actually it was great, the TiD was chucking out a great big cloud of black

A few weeks ago the user 7808mg was selling off the air intakes from a Vectra describing them as sold by a company for the Astra. Two sellers are now doing it again using exactly the same pictures. Are people really stupid enough to pay over the top prices?

well the poor winter hack cavvy got attacked on Saturday, she now sports a nice single box decatted side exit exhaust, sort of a cross between a touring car and a spitfire :)
