A while back someone posted a link to a MkIV Astra Coupe that was ripped apart to fit some yank muscle. Proper RWD jobby. Anyone got the link? Would be interested to see the progress now.

| Jaguar E type 1 1/2 FHC '67 gearbox upgrade | 08 Jan 2007 00:30 GMT | 5 |
I just bought a lovely E Type 1 1/2 FHC 2+2 with an automatic gearbox. I would like to make an upgrade to a 4 or 5 gear all syncro gear box. Does any one have experience with such a conversion and can they give me links.

| Itchy feet. | 07 Jan 2007 09:36 GMT | 15 |

| Yokohama A539s | 04 Jan 2007 20:26 GMT | 12 |
There must be a glut of these in the country at the moment. If your car runs on a very modest 195/50 x 15" like my Golf does, then A539s are available for a frankly unbelievable £25.30 each on ebay just now. I know a few people using this tyre on everything from a new Morgan ...
