One new set of Brembo disks, one hub that required a truly ridiculous amount
of cleaning (handy hint - jack it up, put it in second and then you can just
hold some wet and dry to it), and I now have a 406 with non-warped disks.
On top of that, tyre pressures were down buy 3 pounds ...

Since insuring the 406, I've averaged 38mpg. I could've had a f.cking petrol!

The shed has been tidied and used by other people. So far, I have:
3 incomplete socket sets.
A jack which was seperated from its handle.
An air hose which has had all the fittings changed, and the old fittings

And it's PistonHeads. There seems to be quite a lot of car snobbery on there
(hardly surprising when they have the best over a dozen TVR forums, yet lump
all French cars into one) but they all have such high opinions of there
"knowledge" as well, virtually every one of them seems ...

Continuing the Mitsubishi theme...
Hired one of these in Tasmania as it was cheaper for three of us to
fly and hire a car there than it was to take the V-Dub on the ferry.
Which was fortuitous as the hills in Western Tassie were far to steep

Seen as though it's time to do all those things I've always wanted to do -
on the 23rd of June I'll be hopping on a ferry to the continent - then over
the next week doing The Ring, the San Bernadino Pass, the Davos to Stelvio
road, the Col de Turini and visiting Monaco :)  ...

Obviously, the bigger the number the better.
