Can anyone point me to specific guidelines for the positioning of lights on

Not a whinge - just an observation. I bought a 1996 N reg of the above in June
for £1100 off a mate. It was sight unseen as I trusted the answers to some
basic questions such as "is there anything noteworthy wrong with it?" I'd have
