How can I contact the owner of a car from just thier number plate. I have searched on AA car data for my ideal private plate. And it is on a very old Ford Cortina. So I guess the owner doesn't consider it to be a private plate. Normally good plates arn't on c**p cars. It spells out

I know this is a non-fatal thing and when I last had an MOT last July they said it wasn't urgent but next time I book it in (I don't use it as much as I used to so the next time it'll get looked at will be late July again for the MOT) to book it in a bit earlier than normal,
