If I get protected NCB with Endsligeh will it only stay protected with them? I.e if I move next year do I go back to 0? My insurance last year was about 1200 and this year its about 550-600 so that 1 NCB is pretty massive!

Took a 1 litre Envoy out yesterday, 45 thousand miles and 6 or so years old. The engine can't help being low on cubes so a mental adjustment was easy. It drove like and *old* car. OK, I didn't have that long to get used to the heavy pedals and steering, but not a pleasurable ...

I'm going to start learning to drive soon and I need to start thinking about which car to buy as a first car. I'm not too up on cars but I can do the research, but I'd also like a bit of advice from people who have been there and done that.

| Points to look for on a Corsa | 08 Jul 2005 22:21 GMT | 45 |
Daughter wanted a Ka until her bum hit the seat, then changed her mind and prefers a Corsa, so now I need to research that model. Anybody care to start off listing weak points etc? Is there a Corsa owning version of Dervman??

| Todays muppet | 08 Jul 2005 20:58 GMT | 10 |
Heading round Stourbridge ring road I was in the right lane on my bike. It's a two or three lane road with a 30 mph limit as the outside lane sometimes turns off and rejoins at junctions. I checked the middle lane was clear and indicated left. I'd started to move
