Hi, just got a nearly new Focus Auto 1.6 with an O/D (OverDrive?) button on
the gearstick.  The manual just says to use this if the car is changing gear
too often, but I've heard that it's actually something to do with economy.

What happens if you inform your insurance company of penalty points
