| Spincaps advice | 06 Aug 2005 12:11 GMT | 12 |
A friend has had 2 of his 4 "anti theft" dust caps on his car stolen. He bought some of these Spin Caps expecting them to still be on his car, but alas they are not. Do the spincaps have a unique key or can anyone with a key get them off?

Are these schemes a good idea for building up NCB for young drivers or is there a catch? Anyone with any experience of them? Both Norwich Union direct and Elephant seem to offer them. Thanks
