Is it standard procedure to be offered courtesy cars when your car goes in
for repairs under warranty?

I have just bought an 02 plate Octavia 1.9 TDi 110 bhp estate.  The spec
says that the combined cycle fuel consumption figure should be around 50
mpg, I can only get about 40 mpg on average driving sensibly.  I have just
read in the Parkers guide that the 110 bhp version of this ...
