It is possible with this cold weather that the water has frozen in my
radiator, and bust it (I have yet to check it, my father was borrowing

seller and was wondering when I need to get insruance? Lets say I go and see
the car and everythings ok and buy it and then pay for it and want to drive
it home from there .. I have no insruance am I permitted ...
