I am thinking of purchasing a nearly new SEAT Ibiza 1.4TDi with 7000k.I have read lots of reviews which really rate the SEAT's saying they're great to drive etc and that the 1.4 turbodiesel is very economical but also quite pokey.

My R Reg Mondeo passed today with no problems .When did the cost of an MOT go up to £45 .Was it when the system went computerised and does that mean they won't ask for the MOT Cert when you tax the car next time .?

I took yesterday off to sort out a few things and took a fun drive to Powerfiat to let the guy have a listen to the tapping on the engine, the news was not good. He told me the Big ends are on their way out and not to drive the car if I could avoid it :(

Just wondered what peoples opinions are on the SEAT Ibiza SX 1.4TDi. I am thinking of purchasing one . I beleive this has a 3-cylinder engine?? I don't mind it being slower than my current 1.4 Fiesta as it'll be massively more economical but I beleive they are quite lively

Been meaning to ask before but keep forgetting. White circles about a foot diameter painted in the middle of the lane. 1 only each side on a 2 lane road. Anyone know what they're for?

1. Being single and retired, I do not feel inclined to pay £20,000+ for a motor caravan. 2. The Mazda Bongo type of conversion seems to offer new equipment in (very) old clothes, namely a 5/10 year old van.

The only modification that I am aware of is the dump valve, I will try and get it changed back to the original factory fitted valve, apart from not having the noise, how would the turbo boost be affected? Would I expect to have a smoother boost as it will keep the air in the
