| RIP TVR | 25 Apr 2006 13:11 GMT | 8 |
I have just seen the TVR are on the skids. Apparently the Russian owner has pulled out. Production was down from 20 to 2 cars a week. Were they the ones Top Gear tested and found incapable of taking curves, never mind corners?

| Replacing my Seat Ibiza... opinions sought. | 25 Apr 2006 11:26 GMT | 41 |
I'm going to be paying off the hire purchase for the 1997 (R) Seat Ibiza I've had for about a year and a half soon, because I really regret taking out the hire purchase instead of just getting a cheapie car.

| What estate for 11k? | 24 Apr 2006 22:12 GMT | 19 |
My dad is gonna buy a Rover 75 connoisseur SE 1.8 2004 for £11k from Car Craft with over 20k miles on the clock. I think this is a baaaad deal, I'd never buy from CC but he has never ever listened to my advice and won't unless I can suggest an alternative.

| How heavy is overloaded? | 24 Apr 2006 11:28 GMT | 42 |
I'm taking my venerable old Peugeot 309 for a booze-cruise to Calais next week and I hear customs have become fond of seizing overloaded vehicles as part of their puritanical crusade to save us all from alcoholism, so I'd like to stay safe.
