Apart from being a police officer is there any way of easily (also free)

I'm on the verge of buying a 1996 Vauxhall Vectra 2.0L Saloon (CDX).
Mileage isn't great (142,000) but the price is OK (£500) and it looks

hi, we have 2 cars in the house. 1 is a nice one and 1 a bit of a
crappy run about. both me and the wife would like to be fully comp on
