I was keeping up with an EVO VIII today on the dual carriagway and he had big puffs of black smoke coming out when I assume he was towards the red line also something that looked like black balls of cotton wool firing out and landing on the floor. I didn't know whether to

Apart from being a police officer is there any way of easily (also free) finding out whether or not someone has a driving license or if they have one but are banned from driving ?. I'm not being malicious but I think a work colleague is driving in each day

I'm on the verge of buying a 1996 Vauxhall Vectra 2.0L Saloon (CDX). Mileage isn't great (142,000) but the price is OK (£500) and it looks to be in a good condition externally and with a perfect interior. A few Qs though before I commit, thought I'd harness the collective

I have an Astra VXR which has the perfect lighter socket. It is always powered even when the key isn't in and I can turn the engine on and off without affecting it. This is great becuase I watch my portable dvd player in the car of a lunchtime and I can put the engine on to warm ...
