| Changing cars - learner-driver daughter :-( | 13 Mar 2007 13:10 GMT | 20 |
My daughter's 17th birthday is looming (well, it's some months away yet but I'm already having cold sweats) and she'll undoubtedly be applying for her provisional licence to start on the day, God help me. I have a vehicle suitably tatty and elderly for her to practice in - an

| Pothole damage to alloy rims - Can't I claim off someone? | 12 Mar 2007 22:23 GMT | 98 |
Hit a huge pothole in the road this morning... Seems to have dented the rims of my alloy wheels slightly. I would say that the road was not in an acceptable condition which causes this damage to occur.

| Removing car radio | 11 Mar 2007 17:41 GMT | 6 |

I have bought a 1995 Seat Ibiza 1.4 and am looking into the possibility of buying some alloy wheels to fit to it. The tyres on the car now are 14" (the tyre size is 155/80/13) but according to most of the alloy wheel sites online the car is shown as having 15" wheels

| Vauxhall Astra Advert | 09 Mar 2007 18:36 GMT | 12 |
Not that I want to rain on GM's parade or anything, but this advert irritates me. For the money they paid for all those CGI Astras leaping about they could have hired Equipe Remy Julienne and had it done properly.

| Corsa indicator fault | 08 Mar 2007 20:34 GMT | 2 |
Sorry if this is a silly question: I'm not expecting a miraculous remote diagnosis, but perhaps others have seen the same problem. My '94 Corsa has developed that frustrating thing, an intermittent fault. Sometimes the turn indicators work normally, and sometimes they don't work at ...

Just wondering - your XM's got the 2.0T 8v engine in it, hasn't it? Is it a manual gearboxed model? What sort of economy do you generally get: a) on a long run, not religiously driving for economy, but not caning the
