Im trying to find out which Astra/Focus size car is most economical, giving the most MPG. Looking at 1.9 or 2.0 diesel engines. I know Parkers.co.uk do it for each car, but it would take ages to compare every car available.

According to the Wife's "20 years of Prima" magazine, which I was honestly only glancing at in a moment of sheer despair, remote central locking was "introduced in the late 80's and by 1990 was pretty much standard in all cars". Is that accurate?

Do the Congestion Zone cameras in London take pictures at times other than the charging period (7am to 6pm, Mon to Fri)? I was discussing with someone who felt they might be left switched on and recording to keep an eye on criminal, terrorists, stolen cars, etc.
