Morning, I bought my 2003 Ford Fusion with only one key, the remote one. Docs seem to suggest and I would expect there to be a second non-electronic key that I probably would need for various tasks after battery

Gearchange in our Multipla is problematic, ranging between OK and very crunchy. At its worst it will pull along if in gear with the clutch depressed all the way to the floor.

I'm having trouble with the cruise control on my Seat Toledo mk II and wondered if anybody could give an opinion. Presumably all Golf mk IV platform cars will have exactly the same cruise control, so I'd imagine feedback from a Golf or A3 owner would be equally valid.
