| Injury from malfunctioning airbag deployment | 21 Dec 2007 09:16 GMT | 6 |
FOAF was recently involved in a head-on car smash. The only injury he suffered was 1st and 2nd degree burns to his face and scalp (and most of his hair singed off) due to the air bag "exploding". Presumably the lack of any other injury from the crash was in spite of the airbag,

| Frozen door locks | 13 Dec 2007 16:17 GMT | 31 |
Blimey, I'm out of practice with having to insert key/twist... The Saab doesn't have remote locking - and the last couple of mornings the door locks have been frozen solid. I've only got in by extending the "pour tap-hot water" window-clearing regime to the locks and key. Not

Joy of joys, I just wanted to go for some dinner and my MX6 won't start. It's turning over OK but there is no sign of it firing. I will pull a plug and see if I am getting a spark and check if fuel is getting through. If anyone can offer some kind words of sympathy it might just ...

| What van. Advice wanted. | 10 Dec 2007 16:07 GMT | 10 |
Looking for a small cheap s/h van. No longer than 15ft 6" to fit my garage. As long as it runs, and has an MOT I couldn't care less how old it is, what it looks like, or whether it's petrol or diesel. It'll only be used over a few weeks, short local runs, and then sold. It'll be ...
