Buying a used car04 Mar 2008 02:40 GMT8
Any advice on how to evaluate and buy a used car from a dealer
(independent or dealer)?  Are there any particular things to look for?
I know that kicking the tyres doesn't really help. ;)
What about the price?  Are they usually open to negotiation - and what
Tour of Europe which car?03 Mar 2008 15:12 GMT17
I will drive Europe this summer, over 3k miles in 4 weeks.
My choices of car so far are Fiat Coupe or Merc SL. Which car I choose

said battery check was part of their pdi and that it happens quite a
lot there.  Assuming the battery is changed is there anything more
draining battery01 Mar 2008 00:22 GMT12
My car seems to be draining the battery when the engine is off but
they key is half turned.  If I park up at lunchtime and leave the key
half turned then after about 15 mins i get a low battery warning
message.  This is without the heater or anything on.  Leaving it
