I've noticed a slight drop in MPG lately, and on a forum I read so have
several others with diesel cars, as has my brother-in-law. Normally I'd
expect slightly better summer MPG.
Has anyone else noticed anything similar?

If you have an accident and there is doubt over which driver was at

I know usually the insurance companies dont bother getting involved in
any arguments but what happens?

If you have a normal car and have it converted to LPG is it then a
hybrid and able to get reduced road tax, reguardless of its engine
size?

Right, I'm selling my car, it's currently disabled class.  To change it from
disabled class, to normal and tax it at the same time you must go to a DVLA
office.  No problems there.  The new owner is coming on Thursday, and
probably won't have his insurance certificate by then ...

As described really, the car radio stopped working , came back
briefly, and then stopped completely. When I say stopped working , I
mean it switches on and the pre-tuned stations are still there but no
sound. However the CD player works fine.

WHen spraying a plastic bumper, can I get away with just using plastic
primer all over it then basecoating it and lacquering it ? (tis metallic)
Or do I have to put another regular primer on it ?
Its a moondust silver colour for basecoat.

I can get the part (£14) but it comes in some neutral colour and will
need to be sprayed (spray costs £16). It's a navy blue colour.

Why are most official cars used by heads of state, presidents, etc
nearly always black? Why is black the colour for official cars the
world over?

I'm missing the back of the drivers side wing mirror on my Ford Focus.
