The good folk at Lexus have just offered me a test drive of their new
convertible, and  I was quite taken with it until I saw the price, which
strikes me as outrageous. Can any of you gurus give a rational explanation
why it is £10k more than the non-convertible option? That's ...

I've been looking around for a new car and, not being a badge snob, I'm
