I presume that engines and running gear not usually a problem for spares,

Can any one tell me what is the correct style of number plates for a 1970
car. Mine had the black and silver plastic but they don't look right. Should
they be the pressed alloy type white and yellow. Also does any one know the

I purchased a UK registered car some months ago but am not currently
living in the UK. I wasn't aware of the SORN until I got a 6 monthly
package of post from my UK address. I've been fined already for not
completing a SORN.

It may seem a simple question, but I can't find out how much water there is
in my MK1 Sprite to calculate the anti freeze quantity from.
