Mini mph/rpm12 Mar 2004 17:48 GMT20
I can't remember the exact figure, but I though the later Minis on 12"
wheels with teh 3.1 diff did about 20mph per 1000rpm?
Only, either the thing I have got is very quick (for a 998cc!), or the
speedo's very optimistic, I'm trying to work out which!

wondering if anybody had any ideas what it might be? it starts being
noticable as a quite rumbling sound at about 20mph, between 40-60mph

I am in the process of fitting an MG Metro Turbo kit to my Triumph
