Registration number issuing dates28 Feb 2005 19:28 GMT10
I used to have a bookmark to a website that gave the dates when a specific
range of registration letters/numbers were issued by local authorities but
I've lost it. For example it would say something to the effect that  number
"ABC xxx"  was issued by Leicester Registration ...

Have just acquired a 30 year old Capri steering wheel with a leather
rim. Condition as new apart from one small indentation across the rim
where it appears to have been stored against an object like the edge of
a box.
Nine year old Mini.28 Feb 2005 10:38 GMT7
I have been left by a 91 year old relative who passed away three weeks ago a

and is the one with the "Wallnut" dash.  This is ...
Fifth gear abuse?27 Feb 2005 01:35 GMT23

DIY camera-on-a-stick21 Feb 2005 09:08 GMT6
Tool catalogues sell a camera on a stick for poking into places the sun
don't shine (like box sections on cars to check for rust etc...well at least
that's what I'll be using it for...honest!)  i was thinking about using a
black and white security camera and a small bulb taped to a ...

As I'm sure long-time readers will know, I have a very good 1966 E-Type
Roadster.  Not quite concours, only because it's used daily, I'm not one of
the cotton bud brigade.  A weekend's work would make it a winner, but ...
