I have just set up the Yahoo Group  OYEZ-YORKSHIRE.
The aim is to allow people in the Wakefield, Bradford, Leeds triangle to
subscribe to a group with aims to stop waste by putting people who have an
item they do not need anymore with people who could use that article.  The

In my garage are four metal tins of very old Shell Super multi-grade
20/50 engine oil that I "inherited" with the house, so they must be at
least 8 years old. Heaven knows which previous owner bought them and
left them.

I'm looking at importing an older (c.70s/80s) car from Spain or Portugal
at the mo - finding it should be the easy bit, through clubs, and the
plan is to get a couple lined up for inspection, fly out, buy one, drive

I've got some ali castings which are an absolute bugger to clean - all nooks
and crannies, even a toothbrush won't do the job.  Have heard rumours of an
electrolytic process which sounds ideal, but can't find out anything
further.
