My VW camper has an automatic transmission with the rear support in
the form of a 4" x 1" rubber lined slot. Into this fits a flat metal
plate which bolts to the chassis.
The rubber is worn and the metal plate is a very sloppy fit, and I

k, im on my last legs, need some advice.
I have a 78 spitfire adn the fuel pump arm snapped, I managed to get a
replacement (it is the one that requires a spacer), i checked and
there is a spacer still there after taking the fuel pump off. So i put

Found today that my blade had slipped and allowed the chrome arm to
sweep across the screen during yesterdays downpour - got an arc-shaped
scratch on passenger side now I've cleaned all the bugs off :(
What's the current thinking about what's best to use to try and polish

I've got a 1958 Morris Isis and I've just bought an overdrive gearbox
that was fitted to a Wolseley 6/90.
This should be a 4-speed gearbox but unfortunately I suspect that it
is a 3 speed overdrive unit from  a 6/99 because on the top of the
