| Blackwall tunnel contraflow | 13 Jun 2005 10:17 GMT | 1 |
At 6.15 the northbound is just the normal two lanes. When I return southbound at 7.30 the southbound appears to be just removing a contraflow. Whats going on? I cant see why there should be a northbound contraflow extra lane 6-30 to 7.30.

| How much freight can we ship at night? | 11 Jun 2005 12:43 GMT | 13 |
Thinking about road charging and congestion, we have a network of pretty empty roads during the night. Given the vast amount of HGV traffic plying its way from RDC to RDC and how little of it currently moves at night, how much could we realistically move overnight?

| Couple of IAM questions | 11 Jun 2005 10:17 GMT | 16 |
On their website they can't seem to decide if it's an "assesment" or a "test" , so is it possible to fail? Also it says that the first year costs you £85. How much after that , and do you have to be re-assessed ever?

| Driving on the limiter | 11 Jun 2005 05:28 GMT | 111 |
On the way home I have a very steep hill. I approach it in 2nd on the limiter (a bit over 40mph), with my foot flat on the floor. The speed gradually drops as I climb the hill, but I keep my foot to the floor. Is this bad, should I ease off for a bit? The engine is fully warmed
