Anyone see how close that lycra loonie cyclist got to wiping out Clarkson on Top Gear tonight? What an excellent example of why cyclists need to be tested, licenced and insured.

| Today's nobjockey | 04 Jun 2005 22:58 GMT | 18 |
Was parked on the corner of a junction, leading into a local shops' carpark. He was halfway over the dashed line. Police van came up behind him, sounded the siren once and asked him to move his car. 'I'm just waiting for this guy to move' was nobjockey's shouted reply.

| Are cyclists allowed to race on public roads? | 04 Jun 2005 01:41 GMT | 1326 |
I went for a drive on Saturday in rural Stirlingshire, near where I live. Between Drymen and Aberfoyle there was some sort of "official" bike race going on. Within a 8 mile stretch I came across over 100 cyclists all taking part in the race, riding 3 or 4 abreast causing huge ...

Just read the relevant sections of the highway code and couldn't find anything on this... Tonight I was travelling home, good visibility but pitch black (if that makes sense!), on a NSL road I came up to a Polo travelling 30-40mph,

| not thinking | 02 Jun 2005 21:20 GMT | 35 |
My local Tescos have recently tarted up the car parks and put up some new signs. In the "dedicated parking" the signs now read "Parent and Child Parking". So if I were to visit with my father and/or mother we could quite reasonably

| Got a reply back frommy MP regarding PC Mark Milton. | 02 Jun 2005 20:18 GMT | 24 |
She will be asking questions, because she was "Outraged" as me as to the way this case was handled. I'm amazed to see that sometimes your MP can be contacted. Wonder how many points she has.
