Does "Night Vision" sound to anybody else just like a ridiculously crap

Yes, it can happen (occasionally). Surrey County Council have just increased

I was driving anti-clockwise along the northern section of the M25
between the M11 and the M4 last night, and my traffic master box kept
telling me that "there are 2 miles of slow moving traffic between
junctions X and Y ahead, expect a 10 minutes delay".  This happened 3
