I was talking to a Scottish colleague a couple of days ago. She had never
driven in London before when she was sent down to a meeting and overnight
stay in a hotel. She didn't know anything about the congestion charge. Later
in the evening in the hotel she learned that she was ...

on it I need do nothing other than fill in the notification of sale on
the V5C and send it to Swansea?
What I mean is... will the plate transfer with the vehicle to the new

there are streetlights, the limit is 30 unless there are repeater signs that
BBC Safe Driving02 Nov 2005 14:30 GMT5

guy reporting on safe driving did so when driving, while constantly looking
at the camera instead of the road and waving his arms about...

Cardiff RoADA02 Nov 2005 13:24 GMT16
Right, I'm all set to take the plunge.
Based on what I've read here, I think I'd prefer to go with the RoADA scheme
to the IAM.
Anybody here connected to the Cardiff/Newport branch of either? Or have any

floor...  depress it with your foot and on release air is released from the
braking system. Yet it has absolutely no effect when driving. Any ideas what
it's for?
