I've got a Draper 12v Mini Air Compressor which has 250psi on it's scale. I tried to blow up one of my tyres which was a few PSI down on what it should be, but the compressor didn't seem to be making any headway at all and I ended up going to the local garage and doing it.

I was in London going along west cromwell street I believe, and about halfway down theres a yellow box junction, I was heading towards the motorway thorgh hammersmith. Basically I was going along car infront of me stopped bang on an amberlight I entered the junction behind him ...

A case of contrary advice. I always thought the new tyres should go on the front and the older tyres to the rear. Apparently I'm mistaken, according to Michelin and QuickFit websites, but not acccording the the Volvo owners blogsite.
