What was he thinking?16 Oct 2006 22:37 GMT16
Just followed a Rover 25 (obviously) along a stretch of nice gently twisty
SC A road - good for an easy 60 most of the way along, with the occasional
well marked 40mph bend.
Weather was dark but dry and clear. Hardly any traffic.

that Its not VERY wise to overtake when there's a 40limit, a zebra crossing

Just about to join a roundabout and was suddenly on a collision course
with a Hungarian lorry going round it the wrong way and about to exit
into my path!
It wasn't even anywhere near a port - It was Magor, South Wales!
Are our police blind?14 Oct 2006 14:43 GMT146
Or just too lazy to do their job properly.
Was stuck in a 'train' of traffic today, about 10 cars back, on a NSL

Hamster's crash.

Torque Settings14 Oct 2006 00:26 GMT12
Would a torque setting difference of 10Nm make any difference?
eg. If the Vehicle Manufacturer recommended 120Nm, but the wheel were only
tightened to 110Nm, would it cause any problems?  Is 10Nm a lot?
thanks

in the bank, so he will often spend money to have a laugh at the
expense of the system.  He's currently in a wrangle with the Congestion
