This afternoon I saw the above, in full police getup, round Richmond (Surrey)
way.
Driven by what appeared to be two rather large coppers in uniform.
It had a huge Police sign on the back, and two large blue lights on 'top.

Both incidents happened yesterday....
Early morning, roads fairly quiet, three lane M way on a hill. 4wd in
lane one, truck in L2 slowly overtaking one in L1, me in L3 doing
around 70 ish much faster than the trucks. 4wd driven by a mature male

There used to be things called "driving lights". Low down (under the
headlights) and much favoured by the BMW-driving community. What
happened to them? Did they become front fog lights?

seems this bit of fog has the numpties all excited, most drivers
round this way, bus and minibus drivers included (4x4's most
guilty) have decided that main beam and fog lights is the order
