Followed a Mr Slow today - 40mph at fastest and not even old (20s or 30s but not young 20s)!!!! All on NSL roads I pulled out a little after a hump backed bridge to look - very gentle left curve you can see the full length if you do this - something coming at other

Any views on whether these really help the person with poor eyesight to cross a road safely. It must be costing a fortune to install them all - and then realise they are the wrong colour and have to replace them as they have near to where I live.

It always used to be the case that Red Route parking offences could only be dealt with by the Police or Traffic Wardens and that a Fixed Penalty Notice, rather than a Penalty Charge Notice, was issued. Has this situation changed? Are PCNs now issued for Red Route parking
