Seatbelts in a motorhome14 Aug 2007 11:31 GMT29
Question from my ten year old son.
Do passengers, not in the two front seats of a motorhome need to wear
seatbelts? Also, are they allowed to walk around inside the vehicle when
it's in motion.
Fleet driver training14 Aug 2007 07:18 GMT3
Apologies in advance if this sounds a bit 'fick' but can someone tell
me what exactly is fleet driving?
Highways Agency is placing drivers in danger.13 Aug 2007 21:33 GMT58
The Highways agency are exposing drivers to danger by placing
incorrect information of illuminated motorway signs.  Lane closure,
speed restriction and other messages are all being either placed in
the incorrect location or are not being updated. Drivers have picked

Speeding Fines & Alternative Fuels - The Scandi approach...12 Aug 2007 00:10 GMT26
All,
I've been in Sweden & Norway for the last few weeks, on holiday (near
3000 miles by 2cv, no problems). Whilst in SE, we were talking to an ex-
plod rellie, who was warning us about speed cameras.
Now you CAN disable Tom Tom ZOOM (TT720)11 Aug 2007 13:58 GMT12
At last...been waiting years for this.  I am sure auto zoom was not a
feature on the early original tom toms but was added through a firmware
update.  Now, after years there is finally an option to disable it (on the
720 anyway)
Dangerous Drivers/Riders or Blame the Road?11 Aug 2007 08:53 GMT25
North Yorkshire police are having a clamp down on the well known local
dangerous rural roads in my neck of the woods. And they do have a
point - there are a heck of a lot of morons overtaking on blind bends
and living or dying on a wing and a prayer. The Stokesly - Helmsley
C before C+E11 Aug 2007 07:48 GMT14
A question that came up at work today.

the C+E test?
I didn't think I had to, but they change rules so often, maybe I'm

Slippery Road10 Aug 2007 17:24 GMT13
Since my grandson has started to help me to drive by telling me when he see
a roadsign I have become amazed at the number of signs warning of "Slippery
Road".  Are they just placed at random - or every mile or so - or is there
some science behind their location?
