As I understand from google you have to apply for a permit to drive
there which is valid for 3 months. They drive on the left like us ...

As I had heard on the grape vine that west Sussex County Council had been
criticised for using the  newly rushed in anti Terror Laws for minor
infringements and it had not been reported anywhere in the LocalPress  I
contacted them to find out more.
