I have noticed a marked deterioration in road repair in my area.
Some of the roads I have to drive on every day have pot-holes big enough
to lose a small car.  The local council thoughtfully paint a white line
around the holes, then do absolutely nothing to fill them in.

have an old style paper licence, I *don't* need to arse around renewing
anything every 10 years.  Plenty of info on how to renew a photo licence &
