I need a 4 ohm speaker for my '98 V70 drivers door. I believe the part
number is 3533620  (3533621 will suffice as well). I think Volvo used them
in the rear door as well. Need one in good, hopefully fresh condition. Can
pay electronically w/Paypal.

My 1996 850 High Pressure Turbo has a strange problem.
My turbo boost gauge needle is stuck in the middle of the boost gauge.  It
just happened today after I haven't driven it in a couple of days.  The
turbo works fine.

2001 S60 2.4 Turbo30 Jul 2004 17:40 GMT10
Is it necessary to allow the engine to idle a few minutes prior to turning off?
Sales person said it is not necessary however the maintenance manual recommends
that it be done. I tend to believe whats written in a manual over whats is said
by a sales person, however I would ...

for a couple of days. I replaced the oxygen mirror and the car ran but

480 cabriolet/ open top30 Jul 2004 13:23 GMT5
I started up my old 480 today after a 9 month
on-the-drive-period-of-neglect. It's been freezing or wet here for most of
those months. Anyway, it started first time and ran *very* nicely. Almost no
evidence of my neglect to be seen or heard except that the rear wheel arches
960 having some trouble starting30 Jul 2004 12:12 GMT1
We have a 1993 960, it's been having some trouble starting up in the
morning. It's just had its last major service maybe a month and a half ago,
where they changed plugs, wires, serpentine belt, oil etc... Pretty big
service, but everything is basically new, and in good shape, ...
Another question or two about 740 Turbo wagon30 Jul 2004 01:34 GMT11
Is this a belt driven engine, or a chain?
If chain driven, are they still using pressboard gears?
Also, is it interference, or not?
Volvo 850 aircon30 Jul 2004 01:28 GMT4
Just got an 850 with 2 litre 20 valve engine. which i am more than happy
with. The only thing that confuses me is that without the aircon on the
engine runs fine. With the aircon switched on the engine feels like it's
missing and holding back on acceleration.. Any ideas? the car is ...
Question about "gearing down"30 Jul 2004 00:13 GMT19
I've got a 2001 S80.
I live in a pretty hilly area that has up to 12% grades and puts a pretty
big load on brakes.
My owner's manual seems to endorse engine braking and maybe I shouldn't
O2 Sensor for HOW MUCH???29 Jul 2004 16:47 GMT11
Is there a generic Oxygen Sensor that will allow me to avoid using he
official Volvo part? I just called the dealership to price the O2
sensor for my 1983 240 Turbo and they want a whopping $275CAD for it!
I checked the pricing on DVWImports and they listed two sensors for my
'89 240 DL Wheel Stud Replacement29 Jul 2004 13:11 GMT4
What is the procedure to replace a front wheel stud on a 1989 240 DL?
Can you replace the stud with the front hub on the vehicle? Is there enough
room behind the hub?
On other vehicles I have been able to punch the studs out while the hub is
