the electrical devices (front/rear lights, el. windows, blower, wipers,
radio etc) while I was driving. At that moment these devices were switched

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about retrofitting older
volvos with a driverside air bag?
I'm guessing it's possible- the latest models had them, right?
You'd need a new steering wheel with the air bag- but what else?

I have a 1998 S-70 Turbo that won't start. Fuel pump is working. Installed
new plugs,cap,and rotor (originals had 75000 miles)It has a new ignition
coil assembly, yet doesn't seem to be getting any spark. Possibly the
crank sensor is bad? Or would it be more likely to be the ICM ...

I just purchased this beast, what a great car.
I would like to remove the cassette deck that is in there, but it is not a
Volvo stardard head unit, it is made by Panasonic.  Tried easing it out but
it just does not want to come.

Lost one hubcap and got a new set of four. Now I got three original hubcaps
(14") to get rid of. Get 1,2 or all 3. What is a fair price? $25 each? My

I test drove a V50 AWD today and WOW! A touch small for my needs (cargo
area) but what a ride! I thought it drove better than a Jag X-type (AWD) I
also tested this weekend. Not as cushy over bumps, but better acceleration
and handling.

I am currently considering a "Certified" 2001 XC70 which will include a
little less than 3 years of extended warranty. Are people generally happy
with these, or are they in the shop a lot? What gas mileage could I expect
for 55mph country driving  (I drive like the old man I am)? ...
