This is going to sound like a repeat of an earlier situation with
another car.

I need a new air intake duct   (going from the air mass sensor to the
air intake) for my 89 740 GL.  The end at the intake is about 3.5
inches ID, while at the AMM end it is abt 3 inches ID. No doubt  it is
actually metric.  All the generic air ducts at Autozone have same ID

Is changing cam followers straight-forward, or are there any hidden
nightmares to worry about?

I was given a pair of seats today, somewhat better than those in my 245
now, I am wondering if I remove the upholstery to make repairs will the
new IPD seat covers I have serve well enough to cover the internals of

parts from an 80 242, will it bolt right in to my car so that I can
