I have a Volvo 850GLT wagon. In the winter I used Mobil 1 5W30 synthetic.
Now I want to use Mobil 1 10W30 synthetic. The garage, do to cost  wants to
stop using Mobil 1 and recommends German Lubro Moly Voll-Synthese 5W40.
Which oil should I use Mobil 1 10W30 or Lubro Moly 5W40?

The rear wiper on my '96 850 wagon no longer moves.
I checked the fuse and it is fine.  I thought it might be the wiper
stalk, but I can still use it to control the front wipers.  If I press
the rear window wash, fluid flows, but the rear wiper doesn't move.

My '98 S70 is about 106k miles now. A mechanic friend told me all it
needed for 100k maintenance were things like oil/filter change, fuel
filter change, transmission fluid change, and new spark plugs (all
done).

A salesperson said to buy a 2005 because the 2006s were hardly changed, they
were discontinuing the free maintenance and the financial aid was better for

Our 1996 850 GLT wagon, wtih 75,000 miles, has had regular oil changes and
never indicated any drop in oil level between changes.
Shortly after an oil change, two months ago, the oil light came on on the
dash and it was 2 quarts low.  I topped it up and watched it closely.  Since

The car will not accelerate past 20 MPH, I am sure it is because the
ECM has lost power.  Checked fuses with ign on, and car running.  Fuse
nos. 11, 25, and 17-22 have no power at all being supplied to them.
These are all 15 amp. There didn't appear to be a common bus, but

Odometer currently reads 152,024.  This could go up as time passes.

When I step on the gas the ventilation in my Volvo 740 stops. Even when I
turn on the blower and I give a little gas the blower stops.
When the car is running idle or slowing down ther is no problem with the
ventilation.
