Can anyone recommend a site which has info on the various models of
the last 20 years or so?  I'm new to Volvos, always thought they were
cool, especially the more recent ones.  
 But I'm not well versed as to what the identifying numbers mean, i.e.

My 98 S70 has two different rattles in the front end: a clunking sway
bar rattle and a high-pitched rattle that sounds like a tin can
bouncing around in the front end. Can the sway bar rattle be fixed by
just changing the bushings, or do I need to swap the whole sway bar?

Will a late model 240 windshield fit into a '70 145?
If not what years will fit?

I changed the battery of the car and the set is not working. When I
turn on the set suddenly it turns off. User manual says that the set
must be kept on for two hours before you enter the code but the
problem is as soon as I turns it on, it turns off. Please help.

Just recently my drivers door lock started buzzing, like a gear may be
stripped when I try to close / open it, but it works - at least so far. I'm
sure there is a gear that drives the lock up and down? but it does seem to
work. When you even open the door, you hear this noise, like ...

anybody know which chevy heater fan fits my 91 740--seems like I've used

Vandals blew out my rear window with a big rock. Coincidentally, the
3rd brake light (the one in the rear window) stopped working, but there
was no contact with the housing, there is no damage to it and the bulb
filament is intact. I have not yet had time to confirm by metering that

A friend's '91 245 suddenly lost headlights. If you hold in the high beam
selector the high beams will stay on, the marker lights and dash lights work
when the parking lights are on but they go out when the headlights are
selected. All the fuses are good, what else can cause this?

can i change the exhaust manifold and remove the turbo on this car
altogether? would the car run? i know that the turbo is gone in this car.

I think the bearings have gone in my blower motor (it squeaks terribly when
in use) and am trying to source a replacement.
So far I have only been able to locate replacements from places such as FCP
Groton or IPD - having one shipped to the UK works out in the region of £60
