94 850 turbo radiator replacement. questions.15 Jul 2005 13:21 GMT1
My 94 850 turbo wagon's radiator is leaking where the left side end
cap is attached to the core, so I'll need to replace it.

the back of the car, and if i tap it, it bounces up and down.  i stuc

240D wagon versus Camry wagon - pros and cons?15 Jul 2005 07:24 GMT22
I am a prospective owner of a late model 240D wagon.  I have also been
looking for a good mid-90's Camry wagon (they stopped selling them in
N-A after 1996 so are rather rare).  I know what I can expect with the
Camry (relatively trouble-free ownership, comfortable, roomy), as I
Help with 850 squeaky steering14 Jul 2005 21:05 GMT7
I have a 94 850 wagon (non turbo) that squeaks when I turn the steering
wheel. It is the kind of squeak you get when you rub polystyrene foam
against itself.  Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this and how
to rectify the problem?
Resetting the Service Light14 Jul 2005 19:55 GMT8
I am sure that this has been discussed several times before, but how do
you reset the service light on a 96 850?
Should I run synthetic oil in my '92 240?14 Jul 2005 07:44 GMT13
I have been pondering switching it over.  It has 145K miles on it, and I
bought it at 65K miles.  Good car.  I change the oil every 3 to 4 thousand
miles.  It uses a half-quart or so between changes, though I did just have
the front seal done with the timing belt, so that may go ...
S60 - UK tyre question13 Jul 2005 18:14 GMT3
I'm thinking of replacing the 225/45 tyres on my S60 2.0T with 225/50s,
mostly to improve the ride, which I find just a bit *too* hard, but also to
improve the speedo accuracy. Has anyone done this, and are there MOT
implications?
Mike F.  1994 850 Turbo cruise control13 Jul 2005 14:47 GMT1
Mike F,
What parts are there to a 1994 850 Turbo's cruise control?  Vacuum pump under
battery, vacuum lines, diaphram that attaches to accellerator, are there others?

Well, I bought a new VOLVO!!!13 Jul 2005 14:25 GMT4
greetings, Vulvas.
I bought myself an immaculate 244DL volvo. This princess is navy below the
coach stripe (picked out in IMMACULATE gold) and a light blue above. In the
evenings it reminds me of the skies above Goteburg, my favourite place in
corroded wheels13 Jul 2005 14:21 GMT7
I've got an 86 760 Turbo wagon that's in good shape but the alloy wheels are
corroded and discolored.  Anyone have a treatment for the wheel metal to
clean them up; or maybe I should paint them.
Cheers....George
CIA Bombs London13 Jul 2005 14:20 GMT5
As the smoke begins to clear we see the same pattern develop as after 9-11-2001.
The perpetrator (the fictional "Al Qaeda") is immediately named by the media. The
political agenda -whatever it may have been- is gone and replaced by the "War on Terror".
Issues such as poverty and ...
Light show13 Jul 2005 13:29 GMT1
My 1998 S70 T5  just had the "complete rear brake job" done last week.  A
couple of days later the TRACS and ABS lights came on.  Can it be a sensor
adjustment problem / failure?
Thanks once again for your comments.
