I just noticed that the 'Lock' button on the key fob for my '95 850 no longer locks the doors. However, once locked with the key, the 'Unlock' button on the fob works as always. I tried changing the battery in the fob and the Lock still doesn't work. I also tried a spare fob ...

I hope this post doesn't violate any group policy and if so I apologize. I'm looking at this more from the making-an-offer perspective than an advertisement perspective. Regardless, if it's against etiquette, I'm sorry 'bout that.

What a set up? The 4 bolts that attach a bearing where the threaded rod of my new ball joint needs to go through are going to break! Happened on one bolt and was temporarily welded (lasted 5 months last time) but eventually broke and had to get a used strut for left side

I took my S-60 in for some bodywork and now the remotes don't work - the bodywork was to repair damage to the driver side rear door - I know they disconnected the battery while working on it and I'm wondering if there is something that needs to be reset to get the remotes working ...

| curise control component location question | 08 Aug 2005 16:31 GMT | 5 |
At the moment all I have is Chilton's (which might as well be "Chitlins"). In the 240, I was wondering where the vacuum servo is located (the diaphragm unit that actually pulls on the throttle)? Is it in the passenger compartment up under the driver's-side knee
