| 1989 760 turbo dismal fuel economy | 07 Oct 2005 02:58 GMT | 1 |
I have a 1989 760 turbo that has been recently getting only around 15mpg (mixed driving). I like in Pittsburgh, PA (USA). The best I have ever gotten was around 21mpg on the highway. I drive fairly conservatively, use mid-grade or higher gasoline, and recently had the car ...

| 240 window cranks removal? | 06 Oct 2005 20:58 GMT | 1 |
Errr... are these the kind with a clippy thing that locks into a groove in the metal, or does that center piece of the crank pop off to reveal a screw? Thanks.

| Air cleaner CFM question... | 06 Oct 2005 18:03 GMT | 6 |
First, this is born out of a "mental exercise" between the parts boys and myself...about the merits of K&N air filter...filtering efficiency withstanding, they are being marketed on the sole concept of CFM at the local parts store.

When I hoof it in my 850R, my turbo gauge does not go all the way to the top. It goes about halfway across the white. My question is of course, should the gauge go all the way to the top or is there reserve for an even bigger (!) turbo?
