I have a 1989 760 Turbo that the door locks ceased to turn. A few months ago
the driver side lock wouldn't open, simply won't turn, as if I were using
the wrong key. I managed to go through the hassle of opening up the
passenger side door first so I can lift the lock up on the ...

We have a 1998 V70 with a fuel pump fuse problem. Earlier this year,
the car developed a problem where it would occasionally blow out the

No ETM Problem in 2002 S80?18 Nov 2005 03:44 GMT1
Wondering what is different in the 2002 S80 ETM versus the '99-'01
model.  The just announced extended warranty does not cover the '02.
TIA
Thinking of S40 - Opinions?18 Nov 2005 01:52 GMT7
My wife's VW Passat 100,000 extended warranty just expired.  This car has
needed a lot of repairs, and is not affordable without the warranty.  I've
always driven slightly older Volvos, currently a '96 850 non-turbo.
Considering a similar model for my wife, or maybe a S40 turbo.  ...
740 heated seats17 Nov 2005 18:08 GMT9
Am I correct in thinking that if the switches illuminate then it's the
elements which are at fault, rather then the relay?
Si - Hoping I'm wrong!

Only starts up then cuts out. If you release the fuel line(add air??) it

oil line question17 Nov 2005 16:13 GMT6

I brought the 94 940 turbo into the garage for an oil change and looked
under it.
Looks like a typical car, however right at the oil filter mounting plate
