I had some asswipe rip my fuel door off whilst attempting to steal fuel from me. I found the door, but the hinge is broken. I have tried my damnedest to see how the heck that hinge could be replaced, but to no avail. Any ideas?

Can anyone explain to me how the rear 'seat' speakers work in a 2000 C70 (w/surround sound). Regardless of the switch position, I hear no difference. I do feel some vibration only when sitting in the seats... I would have to beleive I should be able to hear something - unless ...

Found the rear passenger side alloy wheel severely bent on the inside. Strangely there was no leak. If I didn't remove it to change the brake caliper because of the stuck piston I found last week, I never would have noticed it.

as i press on the accelerator a white cloud of smoke comes out from the tail pipe for about 1 minute also with a knocking sound this has happened more than once it got really bad yesterday so i parked it what is that

All three brake lights on my '94 940 sedan do not work. So far I have checked the brake light fuse and the brake switch and both are OK. I get 12V on the yel/brn wire when the brake pedal is depressed. This leads me to the bulb malfunction indicator. My wiring diagram says it

I got the car towed back to my place from out of town and so am able to trouble shoot more extensively. Nope...the air intake hose between the AMM and intake manifold tends to collapse, restricting air flow *some*, but it is not ruptured, so there isn't un-metered air

Follow-up on past post: After reporting the driver's door not unlocking with the remote (or door lock button), the issue has now spread to a rear passenger door. My Question: Is it the same mecanism (door lock assembly)that controls all doors or each door has one?

I have a 1995 Volvo 850turbo. I have a problem starting it only when it is cold. It will start for about 2-3 seconds and die, if i give it gas it dies immediately. After 4-5 minutes of cranking then starting and dying, it will start and be perfect, no problems until next morning. ...

My Volvo will not go into overdrive. The overdrive light does go on and off so I think the switch works. I am assuming that the solenoid is bad or the relay is bad. What would be the proper way to diagnose this problem. Thanks for any help.

Going in I knew if it fails the New Jersey State inspections, it will be emissions and it would be high NOx. Indeed it did. My 93 940 wagon passed all mechanical inspections and failed emieeions. The CO, HC numbers are below spec. NOx is at 1,226, above the 937
